More plagiarism silliness

This another example of how ridiculous this plagiarism thing from the Clinton campaign is.

How can she seriously seriously use lines like “That’s not change you can believe in, it is change you can Xerox” and then with a straight face deliver this gem:

Hopefully this thing is safely squashed at this point. Here’s another example on this same soundbyte.

I also quite enjoyed how Clinton goes on and on about Obama’s campaign being all about words and then delivers more sentimental rhetoric than he does at the debate! She calls the debates to talk about issues then plays the heartstring card with wounded soldier stories and uses the opportunity to throw out more of her own soundbytes while bashing his. That’s not a debate about issues.

She who lives in glass houses…

Clinton’s camp spent a lot of today lobbing plagiarism charges at Obama. (While blaming The Media for starting the whole thing, of course)

But looky here…

“Yes we will” eh, Clinton? I wonder where you might have gotten that idea from? Here’s a clue though… Obama doesn’t have to start those chants. His crowds (which fill arenas, while you’re in high school gymnasiums) actually FEEL they can and will, without being prompted.

Oh, and Obama extended his streak to 9-0 since Super Tuesday. We’re still awaiting results from Hawaii. My prediction is that with Hawaii, today will be a pick up of two more states the Clinton campaign will call “insignificant

An emotional AND well-informed Obama supporter

We Obama supporters get a lot of grief over this movement being a “cult.” We frequently hear criticism that Obama doesn’t have any positions but “hope” and “change” and that his supporters are simply a cult of personality.

A little while ago, a video of an on-the-street interview of an Obama supporter made the Digg circuit. The interviewer was really driving towards specific technical answers, with what can only be perceived immediately as an effort to make a point that Obama’s supporters are all emotional and not up to speed on his positions. To me it certainly seemed to be an attempt to “get” the interviewee, much like Sean Hannity of Fox did recently with a room of Obama supporters. The interviewee, Derrick Ashong from Soulfège quickly turned that around and gave very informed responses.

Derrick recently posted a video covering more of the emotional reasons why he’s an Obama supporter, since he wasn’t able to address those emotional reasons during the on-the-street interview outside the Hollywood debate. Take a look.
