The weekend was nice and relaxing, and I got to watch my Capitals win three in a row! Undefeated baby! This hasn’t happened in a long time to start the season. Before the lockout, actually. The team is playing well, looking like they have some chemistry, and playing with some tenacity and grit. Loving it so far. If this keeps up, it will be an awesome season. I don’t have high hopes for going far into the playoffs, but I think the Caps will be in the running up to at least that point.

My Capitals are kicking ass! Sure, they’re haven’t played any top-tier teams, in my opinion, but they’re playing as a cohesive unit, controlling the tempo better, and winning the battles that they need to. Monday was an ugly win, but a win just the same.
