FYE.com’s online support has been added to my shitlist. I have been trying to get the status of my order for almost a week. All I seem to be able to receive from them is canned responses directing me to the help section of their website, which is entirely useless for determining the status of my order.
The tracking number provided gives no results at USPS, and I get no response from FYE other than canned nonsense. I suppose I should attempt to cancel the order completely.
